About

When you are selling a home in Magnolia you want an expert real estate broker working for you to ensure you receive the highest price. You need a real estate broker with a great deal of experience who is very familiar with the neighborhood where you live. I will be honest and tell you the truth. I have the resources to deal with any issues or problems that can come up and make the experience as smooth as possible.

Every year I gain additional knowledge and insight in an ever changing market to guide you through the sale of your Magnolia home. Selling your home at the highest price starts with understanding current market conditions.  Meeting in person we can walk through your home and talk about preparing yourhome to go on the market.

There are many things that go on behind the scenes during the closing/escrow process. One out of ten transactions are straight forward, the rest have a few too many obstacles that need to be resolved before closing.  Attention to details and vigilant communications prevent small details turning into obstacles which could terminate the sale during the closing process.

Understanding multiple offers leads to the highest sales price for the seller. In this market it is best to price your home at market value based on an analysis of what similar homes have sold for. If you price your home above market value astute and well informed buyers will be put off.  Buyers are willing to make offers above market value but they want to be the one making that decision.

I have lived in Magnolia my entire life. I attended Magnolia Elementary School, Catherine Blaine Junior High, QA High School and graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Marketing.  I am on the board of directors for the Magnolia Historical Society.  Prior to that I served for six years on the board of directors of the Volunteer Service League at the University of Washington Hospital as President, Vice President and Treasurer.

I am a certified negotiation expert, with the tools and experience to lead you through tough negotiations.

 Sincerely,

Greg Shaw
